Groups and Ministries
We have an active congregation with year round activities. Please check out Special Happenings and the Events calendar for upcoming programs. Below is a sample of the programs/groups we have at Oakdale UMC.

Food Pantry
Every third Tuesday in April, August, and December at 3pm Oakdale UMC provides volunteers and donations for the food pantry located at the West Boylston Congregational Church. To volunteer, please see the minister. Some ideas for donation: when markets give a 2 for 1 deal, donate the extra item. Needed items are crackers, cookies, Birthday Party kits (card, cake mix, frosting, napkins, candles, etc. in a bag). Please check the expiration date on all donated items to be sure they are still usable.
 "Net-working" for OUMC
Please take a business card or two from the boxes located around the church and hand them out to friends and family. These "calling" cards contain a picture of OUMC and our web address. It is a small gesture to help people get connected or re-acquainted with Oakdale UMC.
 Help Wanted
The free spaghetti suppers are here and as the old saying goes "many hands make light work". They are held every third Saturday night from 5:30pm to 7pm. For further information, please see the Missions Committee page.
We are compiling a list of people who would be willing to help with different parts of these events. Listed below are some of the jobs that need to be done with each event. If you can help in any way, or have suggestions, we would appreciate any input you may have.
